What is John Lewis' policy when returning an LCD with a dead pixel?

I'm thinking of getting a sony for 2k with a 5 year warranty and want no hassle if anything goes wrong. I'd be getting it sent to Northern Ireland. Maybe I'd have trouble returning it if something went wrong?
