What is the cheapest efficient all in one printer? UK?

I am thinking of either a brother or a canon. The cost of the ink is more of a consideration rather than the cost of the printer. Any advice on the cheapest way to get the ink for it aswell would be good.

The Cartridge looks like 2 rolls and in the middle is a piece of plastic, its not enclosed in a box its like on a reel. Does anybodu know where to find them?
