What is the incoming and outgoing server information for Yahoo account when trying to set up Microsoft outlook?

The set up is telling me that Yahoo won't allow the information, the password is incorrect, but its the only one I've used since setting up the account with yahoo

It's asking me for a username and password? What does it want from me? My yahoo password? Or a yahoo server password?
