What will Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area look like in 20 years?

Actually, I know that is very unlikely to snow in both of these places, but, the question is: where can I find snow driving a shorter trip by car (or going in bus, or train, or anything alike)? Driving from San Francisco or driving from Los Angeles?...

Right here in L.A there are alot of asians but there are also alot of Mexicans. Does San Francisco have more asians than in L.A? Because when I went to San Francisco there were alot of asians especially in Chinatown

My wife and friends are looking for something fun to do for New Years in Los Angeles area. We could even drive to SF if there was something really worthwhile. Any good ideas out there?
