Whats the best longboard for cruising?

im 5'8 and 126 lbs. im looking for something between 36" and 38" that is good for cruising around. something thats not too stiff

I want a longboard that is really smooth to ride, quick, but i can also ride at the skate park, do a few tricks etc... don't have loads of money... around £90 max? Any ideas?
