Where To Apply Aadhar Card In Gurgaon?

i have lost my aadhar card acknowledgement silp and received message on mobile but not received aadhar card yet.

I have not yet recieved my aadhar card but i have downloaded the e-aadhar. I do not want to use my driving license (which is the other alternative ) for opening a new bank account. Can the print out be used?
