Where can I buy a cheap sat nav for France, Spain and Portugal?

If I buy a Tom Tom (europe) sat nav here in Spain, will I be able to change the language to English?

Would preferably like to buy a TomTom.

I know you can buy them in Portugal and spain. I really like the lemon flavor it is very refreshing so can you get them in France of Germany. I am going to Germany and France net year and cannot go without them.
