Where can I learn to do a backflip?

I really want to learn how to do a backflip into the pool. I think I know how your supposed to do it but I'm afraid I'll get it wrong and somehow hurt myself like I always do. Is there somewhere I can go and someone can show me how to do it?

I can do a front flip and bend back but i can't get my legs over to do a backflip.. there are no gymnastic or tumbling places around for me to learn. no one around can spot me ...show more

i dont have a trampaline , or even a bed...i traded it for wieghts. so how can i learn to do a backflip with out breaking my neck?

if i practice 3-6 hours a day. (no tramopine no trainor no mat) on grass or off a bench. i can do a moderate backbend and am training for it for 2 weeks before trying to backflip. i'm ruthless. so fear is no object
