Why am I getting duplicate emails from same sender all of a sudden?

I keep getting these emails saying Undelivered mail returned to sender. And on the bottom of these emails I get something written in Russian. I get them in my bulk mail too. What the h*** is going on here?

i blocked someone from sending me emails before (BTW im not talking about blocking someone on yahoo answers, i keep getting emails about penis enlargement and all that crap, dunno why!) can i block my all the senders in my spam folder all at once? please...

Several different subsystems are bouncing emails 'back' to me. i haven't initiated any of these. I'm concerned about the level of traffic in my account. I get a ton of these garbage emails.

I'm sick of getting unwanted emails to my main account so If I could switch it off for a while, they'd all bounce back and hopefully stop arriving in the long run. Is there a program on MAC or PC that can do this?

For example, today someone sent me 3 emails. I got one but not the other. I tried sending myself an email from another address and it still hasn't come through. It started happening about a week ago. It's becoming very frustrating.

some of the spam emails have a unsubscribe link which i've tried but the web link can not be found what do i do ,thank guys
