Why can't I add a new city on My Yahoo Weather?

I had add kuwait city to my iphone before a month but now a can't add it to my friends iphones it' yahoo weather

by change location , i put name of my city " al wajh " then i click search put no result was coming. i think i need to add my city to the program put how ? i need an answer to this question and thanks for you ?

Yahoo Weather plugin only accepts Zip Code. So I can not add any other city. Is there some way?

I see an add button, but I don't see a delete button if you want to drop a city from your locations on your My Yahoo Weather Choices.

I downloaded a new version of Messenger and can only add cities in the United States by zip code and foreign cities do not have zip codes. It does not have an "Edit" button like my older version, where I could add using the city name.
