Why do my arms hurt when it's cold?

I can do my standing and my roundoff back handspring (just learned tonight). Why do my arms hurt when I do it. Am I putting to much pressure on my arms? & I can hold up my own body weight perfectly..

They hurt like crazy when I swing them, my legs are the same my legs are in pain when I walk sometimes, I can't even exercise for more than 10 second because of my legs
