Why doesn't my Google homepage work?

every browser i tried doesnt connect to google every other website works but google doesnt... google isnt blocked by a firewall or anything....its been a while since i coodnt go on it does any1 have solutions?!

I've typed in http://www.google.com under Internet options and clicked apply and OK, but when I close IE8 and re-open, my Yahoo homepage still comes up.

every time i try to google myself or one of my friends it doesnt work its ssssooo annyoing!

when i click the google link, it goes white then goes back to the main menu. Is there anyway I could go onto the internet using a different link? If so, how?

I would try to go on Google on my laptop and it says "Internet Explorer cannot display web page" but it works on my phone and other people i know says it works when they go on. What can i do to fix the problem?

Im asking this question again because they keep telling me to uninstall my web browser and install a new one the message I get when I type in google.com is 404 page not found this happens to all the browsers I have I mostly use safari what do I do
