i download over and over and it never works. i dont see it on msn after i download it and i do have the latest version of msn. help??

its not workin i delete it install again restart the computer n everything troubleshoot pops up n it sais ie offline or sumthin like that i dont wat it is i checked my firewall n it sed msn is allowed so i dont know i need sum help wit this

i have vista and i tried to download windows live, and it says an error has occurred, i dont care if its windows live or not i just want messenger please help!
