Why the hell cant i get into yahoo chat?

I can't get in to the chat rooms

I have yahoo messenger, but cannot get into yahoo chat rooms, can I get into chat rooms on messenger? I cant find anything on my messenger that will take me to chat rooms, although with the older version, I could get into chat rooms. if no, how the hell...

Everyone I know can't get into yahoo chat and when you try to make a yahoo group site chat room it says to use yahoo chat but no one can get into yahoo chat so what are we suposse to use? All the flirting rooms are gone but one and and all the other...
