We have a dog and 3 cats and there are several places in our home where we can smell cat urine in our carpets. We have tried having the carpet professionally cleaned and the smell is still there. We don't think that the cats are actively continuing to urinate on those spots but rather that the odor is very difficult to get rid of. I am wondering if anyone knows of a product and/or a way to get rid of the odor. Please answer only if you have a used a product that worked or have first hand knowledge...
