Dodge Neon Car cuts out when I turn left?

Whenever I seem to turn on my air conditioning my car will choke and it's only when I turn on the ac. I drive a 2001 dodge neon, what could the problem be? Cost for problem?

the dashboard turns on, the horn honks, the lights turn on, but when i turn the key the car doesnt make a noise.

so this has happened 3 times now... first time some guy down our street looked under the hood and did something... 2nd time (a few weeks ago) i got into my car and turned it on and it stopped. This morning it went off and turning on the car didn't help...

a left turn it sounds like its coming from passenger side rear wheel

I drive all day going 30 or 35 but, as soon as I hit 40 or 45 my car shakes. It acts like it is going to shut off. It has a few times but, I just need to know what it could be can anyone help pleased
