How can I attach a file greater than 25mb?

I used to be able to send up to 25MB, according to Yahoo's limits, but now I keep getting the Mailer Daemon's Failure Notice when I'm trying to send an attachment of only 16MB.

I need to attach a 40mb file and it says i can only attach files 25mb and under???? HELP!
