How can I download all the email attachments at once?

I can't believe that I have to download and save them separately. Just got several emails with up to 40 photos attached to them. I am using Y! Mail.

Since yesterday, I cannot download any email attachments on my Yahoo account. I have to forward them to my other email account and then open them.

I am able to download files and images from other websites, and my dad is able to download attachments on this same computer under the same account on the same browser (Chrome). It doesn't work on any browser

I click on download, get the message that there are no viruses, click continue, but it ends there. The attachments do not download.

The attachments are scanned and no virus found. When I then select "Download" the message Internet Explorer cannot display the web page comes up.
