How can I get my webcam to work with MSN (Windows Live Messenger?

My webcam does function anymore on MSN or SKype... when I came to Skype it said I need to install "drivers" how do I do that and where do I get these "drivers?" Thanks!

Whenever i am on msn it will not let my webcam work, the icon that says 'show my webcam is un-selectable but i can choose video call in video call my webcam still will not work however when i go into audio and video setup, my webcam works perfectly....
