How can I make my 360 profile public?

So that if someone clicks "view profile" in a chat room, it opens my 360 page instead of public profile page?

I have gone into basic information and made the drop down menus 'public' - but I still can't get it to go public. Any other suggestions? and, LOL, what's the point of a "private" profile? LOL

I cannot delete the 360 profile and I cant add another one UNDER MY account name. I can create another profile and even label it to be the default profile, but I have to use another name, which kind of defeats the purpose. I want other users to be able...

When someone clicks on my messenger profile it shows the plain white background and none of the 360 updates. Yet if someone clicks on my 360 profile via answers it shows the updated version. I want to keep the updated version and delete the old.

On my "Edit your profile" section, there is no box saying "Add link to my 360 profile". I do have one, and I am active on it. How do I make it public?

When people click "view profile" now, they get the new Yahoo profile that they're trying to set up (not sure why they're trying that now, but whatever). How can I change my settings to where it goes to my 360 page and not my new profile page...
