How can I open my Yahoo! Email account on Outlook?

I have a Yahoo account and a regular Outlook Express email account. I'd like my Yahoo account to notify me via a message to Outlook Express that O have Yahoo mail. How is this done?

yahoo mail. when i click a link to contact someone it opens outlook by defualt i want it to open up my yahoo account. i do also have the full version of microsoft office that i have not setup.
