How can I organize my favorites?

I have "Windows Internet Explorer provided by Yahoo" and the favorites is a star icon on the far left. On the old design, there was always an option to "organize favorites." I can't find that on the new tool bar. What should I do?

when i clik on organize favorites it says its loading but never does

I wnat to make separate folders for sites on different subjects, cuz my list is getting way too long. How do I create those folders and move website shortcuts into them?

The choices I have are [create folder], [move to folder], [rename] and [delete] but no put in alpha order. Is this a Yahoo or MS issue? It can be frustrating when looking for a certain website. They are automatically saved at the bottom of my list.

I did this once before but I cannot remember how I did it.

All I get is add + edit* and when I click edit Tip: Click and drag a button to move it into a new position and an add button but no delete button
