Prepare for track season?

Track starts in 2 moths. I've done track and soccer the last 2 years but this year i didnt do soccer so I am extremely out of shape. I am a freshman, 5'8" about 130 lbs. and i need some tips on how to start preparing for track. I am a sprinter (100, 100 hurdles, and 4x100) and i am not good at running long distant AT ALL. I've heard the track coach is really hard and makes you run long distances a lot and i want to be prepared. I dont have a treadmill or membership to gyms. Any tips? Thanks...
