How can I put themes on my PSP?

i try to put ctf themes on my psp under the theme folder but they never even show up when i go to choose it someone please tell me how to get these ctf themes to work

does anybody now how i can put themes into my psp and were i can get the from? thx! =D

i need like the requirements for me to put a new themes harware or something bc i try every thing like to mane a folder THEME but it would not work

i have put themes on my psp b4 and it worked. i got a new memory stick and i got new theme and put it in my psp and it didn't work so i put one of my old themes on the psp ad it didn't as well

i put a THEME folder into my psp and i upgraded my psp to 3.90.....i used pspemosomething .com but still wont work... anyone have any sugestions how i can put themes into my psp
