How do I add Yahoo Local to My Yahoo homepage?

how do u add or edit favorites on the new yahoo homepage? i could do it on the old homepage by not the new one..

I accidentally erased it from my homepage , I dont know where or how. I looked for it at yahoo,trying"make yahoo my homepage" to no effect.Please be specific as I am not very computer savvy. Thankyou.
