How do I add my fantasy football module to My Yahoo page?

On my "my Yahoo" homepage I have a fantasy sport module set up. It does not display my yahoo fantasy baseball teams. It(module) has a link to add teams but you can only add a new teams. How do I get my tams back on home page?
