How do I change the contact name in MSN?

i have a friend and her msn name was [x] my chem rocks [x] but i right clicked and put a nickname as 'sarah' [cus thats her name] but now i cant change it back plz help

When you delete a contact off MSN messenger would your name on the deleted contacts list remain as it is or would it change back to the e-mail address as if just added?
