How do I get rid of big pores?

Im 14 years old & i have big pores and oily skin. I wash my face & use proactive, but that dosnt really help me :( Ive tried alot of products and they never work. I use a primer, & concealer when i go out, like to school, but within an hour...

I have enlarged pores and I've tried all kinds of different face wash for large pores and nothing really seems to work instead it feels like all of these different cosmetics help clog it more. If someone has a remedy for this problem please advise. Thanks...
