How can I get rid of the "Get IE7 now!" button on the Yahoo Toolbar?

I lock it in View and IE7 tools and yet each time I sign in the buttons have changed . I can't get rid of the "shopping" button . Is it because I'm running the Yahoo toolbar along with IE7? I don't think I will like IE7.
