How do I get someone off my ignore list?

I accidentally clicked on ignore for a friend of mine, and it wont go away. I remove the ignore, and hes returned to ok status, but as soon as I click off the page and go back again he's back on the ignore list. It seems I can't remove him from ignore...

I have tried using the stop ignoring this person link..and it works until I go back to my home page then it puts that person back on ignore. I cant figure out how to get ahold of yahoo about this problem, maybe someone can help?

I really want to forget about this guy...how come I cnat get his name off my list...and how do I know he's really ignored if it looks like hes still there? and can he really track me down through my IP address like he threatened?
