How do I remove an item from my toolbar?

I accidentally clicked a site and have it bookmarked on the Yahoo toolbar twice and need to know how to remove one entry

Sometimes items will be on my toolbar, so I go through the check-list and mark what I want on there. My items will be on there, then five minutes it will change and then there will be shopping for example on my toolbar which I didn't put there and personals...
