How do i get a printer icon back in my yahoo toolbar?

when yahoo updated to the new toolbar my history icon and my tools icon and even other icons are gone. How can I get my old toolbar back. I dont like this one.

I would like to have the mail icon on the Yahoo toolbar open my Yahoo Business Mail account instead of my regular Yahoo mail. If there is a way to change the link on the main Yahoo page Mail Button that would be nice too.
