if you are on probation for a simple misdemeanor in US,, and have been sleeping in vehicle in legal area , such as parking lot or camp site..can you just give them this address? how likely (percentage chance) is it that they would REQUIRE you go to a shelter if you are "homeless" and currently jobless? please explain reasons. btw, which states would be more like this than others? why and how so?
