How to add a list to the existing list jQuery?

Yahoo classic had a list of the contact lists. Each contact data sheet has option to be placed on an existing list. Neither happens with Yahoo Beta. The only way I can add an additional contact to existing list is to revert to Yahoo classic.

I keep trying to add new contacts to a list and I hit add contact after each name/address, when I go back and look at the list the new names are not in the list. Is there a max number of contacts to each list? Please help!
