How to add an image to an e-mail?

I need to know how to add images INTO the email, and not just as an attachment, I see Microsoft outlook can do it, the iPod touch/iPhone can do it, and I'm guessing every other email in the world can do it too... but why not Yahoo, the "Best web...

i am always getting stuff forwarded to me with images in the email but all i can figure out how to do is to add them as attachments. please help!

UNDER OPTION IN YAHOO EMAIL THERE IS A CHOICE TO ADD A SIGNATURES TO ALL OUTGOING MAIL. IN THAT OPTION CAN WE ALSO INCLUDE A IMAGE OR LOGO TO THE SIGNATURE.
