How to get to 3999 west chester pike newtown square (SAP) from center city 30th street station?

What is the best way to get from Philadelphia 30th street station to West Chester PA? About how much will this all cost?

I'm going to school at Holy Family University in Philadelphia and I need to get to 30th st station in center city. I know there are two bus stops one on Franklford ave (Route 13) and one on Grant ave which leads to the Septa train station. I'm so confused...
