How to go to cow car water?

i run my car when i stop for a while i see the water coming from the drain hose of my car and i do not use the A/C.

is there really such a thing as a car that can go underwater? (and still work) or is this just a myth formed by the Canadian government? and i will only give you points if u can ALSO guess my fav color.

I have no idea cuz the engine coolant is attached to another bit that just says never open when hot but nothing about where water and anti freeze goes any idea?

Is this normal, or is something wrong with her? I mean- a car wash compared to the Black Hole at Hurricane Harbor?! WHAT THE HECK?!

Over heat. yes it was bleed. I don't know what to do. Even try to hook it to a machine that tells you what's wrong and it would work on my car....what should I do please help
