How to heal a scab fast?

I was looking at other people's questions about how to heal a scab from popping a pimple. And alot of them said keep it moist and put neosprin on it.But others are saying keep it dry ...show more

It's a big scab with red skin surrounding it. I currently have neosporin on it, but I also have vaseline. Which one is better for it? If not, what other things can I use to make it heal faster?
