How to post a link on my 360 blast?

do any of you know where I can upload WMA music files for free and so I can post them in my 360 blast,,

i found a yahoo 360 page and saw a play icon in the blast bubble and it sent me to a tune.How can i put one on my page?

I dont want a video in my blast though.....i just wanna be able to press it and still be hearing it on Yahoo 360 and not be moved to another website.....Does anyone know how to do ...show more

I have joined a site that if I post the link or banner to their site on my 360 homepage I get the first month free. Can I do that?

I still haven't been able to figure out how to post "feeds."

I know how to get the web address just not sure how to get the link to show in my blog? thanks for your help .
