Catering is my dream

I'm a married woman & I have a child also. I could think of this business coz I'm a good cook at the same time I can manage to learn to cook any new dish with few hints.

and I would like to know if there are companies who supplies catering trucks with prepared foods

any information (gov sites, etc) that could take me to apply for a federal new business loan would be greatly appreciated thanks.
