Is there a way to delete all your contacts at once on Windows Live Messenger?

Rather than doing this manually going into each contact and blocking them or removing from contacts list can you select more than one at a time

I've tried to go down the list and delete all of them like that, but it just dont work when you have 300 and something contacts you want to delete! What can i do to delete them all at once?
