Is there anyway I can do this on a MySpace DIV Layout?

Bassically, im good with photoshop, and im decent at throwing together HTML. but i can not figure out how to make a legit looking DIV layout for my bands myspace. and id much rather learn how than pay someone else hundreds of dollars to make it for me...

cuz im getting REALLY frustrated with trying to make my div with the generator that i have. i have some HTML but i aint no expert, so i need help. EASY tutorials are helpful also =] Anyone?
