I am currently on an H-1B visa with my wife in US. She also has H-1B. She is planning to study in UK for next one year and has got the admissions. So she will be leaving US and will be taking up the UK student visa. My question is while she is on a UK student visa can she also hold a valid US H-4 so that she can enter and exit US without any kind of hinderence normally or in case of emergnecy?
