What is the difference between a pawn shop and a pawn loan?

I am trying to get a small loan until payday. I have a laptop that is an AspreOne Acer. It is a mini laptop. How much will a pawn shop loan me on the laptop? I do not want to sell it, just get a loan out on it.

So I pawn an item for $150. How much would I expect to have to pay in 30 days to get my item out?
