I'm Australian citizen and my boyfriend is permanent resident in Australia however he's going to get his citizenship soon, he's got Austrian citizenship. I'm not sure if I can apply for anything like a spouse Visa through Austrian embassy or I have to apply for a working Visa through German embassy which I think requires me to have a job and a place I'm renting there already to do so.
