Where can I find a cheap hotel in London?

I go to london can anyone tell me the cheap hotel in london for 2 nights (under 100 budget).

I have tried using Travelocity and such and it's just a pain because I find a hotel for a good price and a good location, only to find out that the hotel is booked or the price was for a single person only and can't fit 2 people in the room or the room...
