Where is the best place to view the fourth of July fireworks?

Where is there a good, uncrowded place to view 4th of July fireworks in Spokane Washington? It will be my 2 and a half year olds first firework show, so I don't want to take her anywhere where there will be a ton of drunk or roughly people....so not...

I'm in Vegas and will be here on the 4th. I've heard the strip puts on one great show. I was wondering where the best place is to view them, preferrably where there aren't thousands of other people blocking my view.

We're at Fisherman's Warf, close to Pier 39. Where would you suggest? Would we be able to bring chairs? Or would we have to stand and view the fireworks?
