Who knows how to adjust a 2007 honda accord ex-l headlights?

as you see from the title, i have a 2007 black accord coupe..and i want to work with the lights and exhaust!! if anyone knows any good brands or websites for headlights, tail lights, fog lights, and/or mufflers please let me know!!!!!!

There are an assortment of Projector headlight units I'm looking at possibly purchasing for my 2007 Accord, but most only go from 2003-2005 or from 03-06. Any help in answering this would be greatly appreciated.

Reason i am asking is because. When i use my headlights they are too high above the ground and thus i cannot see the ground level.
