Why can't I log into Yahoo?

Ok for some reason I cannot log into my yahoo email that i use for talking to my friends and buying stuff online. I can log into my second email (this one) just fine and everything works like normal. So why cant I log into my other account??

I always tried to log in yahoo messenger the one i downloaded but i cant log in but i can sign in messenger through web..How can i use my webcam if i cant log in to messenger..

when i log in to my yahoo messenger it will log back off ..log on and off....or it will log off then i have to log on..and this is over and over...ive tried everything i know...can someone please help me...

i was suspended on yahoo answers for saying the word whore in an answer. first i couldnt log into yahoo answers, now i cant log into mail or anything. its pretty obvious i was banned for no reason, but does anyone know how to recover my email or challenge...
