Why can't I type a message on the e-mail?

i type my message, then hit send a message pops up, account is tempoary blocked. cant send email something about spam.please help me thanks.

for some reason i cant send a email its been working fine all day but now i push send than i get this page that says i need to type this verification in the box for a spam thing so i do so than i get this message that says an unexpected problem has occurred...

My email is not working and I don't know why. I can't type a message or send one. The whole format looks different. This has happened once before. I would like to get this fixed.

Curser jumps to the middle of the page before I even start. When I receive email I cannot read the email because the last word in each line in the email is cut off. Why is my email acting this way? Help?

when i try to send email i cant send,yahoomail will send me that "sorry i cant deliver your message its a permanent error

It brings up a string of characters to type in but can't type in the box??? I'm only replying to one person no large e-mails

Can read, not send. I can type in the "to" and "subject" box but not the actual email box, its grayed out. I cant put my cursor there or anything. I am not that computer savy to be honest, and my grandson has been using my computer...
